Got to make this a fast one. Don’t want to stay online too long.
Ok, will just came online to blog some stuff about chem. practical that I had yesterday. Man…it totally sucks!!! Everything that can be done wrongly I did it. I got a mental block during the paper. As there was not enough time, I decided to give up on the QA tests that you must test for a gas. Then you got to identify the anions in the 2 unknowns then I just can’t figure it out. I actually know the ans when I carried out the test but by the time I need to write it down, I forgot! Then a minute after the command to pens down, I then remember that I wanted to write sulphate. Then for the VA I also very funny ….they gave us 3 conical flask, then I do the pipette for the first conical flask, put it aside, reach for the phenolphthalein then I take the flask and added 2 drops but there was no purple color. I took a closer look then realized that there was no solution in the flask. I added the indicator to another flask that hasn’t got any solution yet. I place it aside and had it washed before I put in the solution for the conical flask and Damn…. I didn’t wash the thing clean so the solution changed purple immediately. I also broke a test tube yesterday. All my titration results were so different.
Ok, think I got to go now….update you another time.
